Whole foods: if consumed, leave them to soak for an hour before cooking, removing the soaking water.

Consume in moderation the lean parts of red meat (veal, horse, ox, lamb…), maximum one portion (125 g) per week. |

Dairy products: such as milk, yogurt, cheese… avoid their consumption at main meals and ensure their consumption between meals.
